The Promoters

The Promoter, Mr. HEMANT RAJARAM JOSHI Age 52yrs,a first generation entrepreneur is a Graduate Engineer, having more than 25 years of experience in Design and manufacturing of Special purpose Machine .His last 15 yrs has been with a Japanese multinational company ranked 3rd in aluminium foundry business activity worldwide, engaged in the business of Aluminium Castings for major OEM world wide main products includes Cylinder Head for 4 wheelers , 2 wheelers , Alloy wheel and other die-casted components .He has been deputed to Japan , Germany and other countries for specialize training in the filed of Machines building and Furnaces manufacturing. He has also visited various international trade fairs in a view of being in line with the fast changing technology in this filed and has been instrumental in developing and incorporating the same in various equipments supplied by AARU. He has a wide contact of the domestic and overseas market. He has high reputation with most of the leading buyers.

The other partner Mr SAGAR HARISHCHANDRA JADHAV Age 48yrs a first generation entrepreneur is a graduate Engineer, having more than 20 years of experience in the foundry Industry and sheet metal industries. His last 9 yrs has been with a Japanese multinational company ranked 3rd in aluminium foundry business activity worldwide, engaged in the business of Aluminium Castings for major OEM world wide main products includes Cylinder Head for 4 wheelers , 2 wheelers , Alloy wheel and other die-casted components . He specializes in setting up projects for Aluminium die casting and has wide a experience in capital purchase and vendor development . He has wide contact of the domestic and overseas market. He has high reputation with most of the leading buyers.
