Drop Quench Furnace

Furnace on platform with baskets with fabricated supports. Basket up/down with hydraulic cylinders. Bottom tank movable with manual/auto drive, fabricated in MS. Temperature auto controlled with thyristrized drive for fine control.
Top air circulating fan for heat transfer.
Baskets fabricated from MS/SS as per customer requirement. Tank water temperature auto controlled to the set point.
Available in single and double basket system with 300/600kg capacity.
